Where's Riley? Mystery Cache

The cache is not at the posted coordinates. In order to find this cache, you must project a waypoint. For those of you that do not know how to do this with your GPSr, what better time to learn than now?
This was the location of the original "Riley". I felt with Riley's disappearance a new cache was needed here. After all, Riley still has a neighbor! From this location, you will find the cache 140 feet away at approximately 115 degrees.
Growing up I always loved puzzles and hidden picture books like Where's Waldo. Respectively, I named this cache "Where's Riley?". It will not be found easily. Please make sure you hide as good as you found it… if not better!
