A drive by cache placed close to Royd Moor Wind Farm - Please replace the same way round as found to help the next finders.
Royd Moor Windfarm is located above Millhouse Green, near Penistone, and consists of thirteen 500kW turbines with a maximum output of 6.5MW.
The turbines are set in two parallel, staggered rows of six and seven, on a ridge approx 320m above sea level.
This cache is placed to get you up close to witness the sight & sound of these giants
The cache is a small screw top container with log book only. Please replace camo as found for the next cacher to enjoy the same hunt.
The cache is NOT located in the dry stone wall so there is no need to move any stones in the Dry Stone wall to find the cache. It is NOT necessary to climb over any walls to access the cache.
There is roadside parking at the cache location
