Zamek:
Poczatki istnienia zamku w Korzkwi siegaja XIV w. kiedy rycerz Jan Syrkomla rozpoczal budowe wiezy mieszkalnej na skalistym wzgórzu. Od tego czasu zamek byl systematycznie rozudowywany w koncu zatracajac swój obronny charakter. Zamek bardzo czesto zmienial wlasciciela, az w 1952 zostal przejety przez panstwo. W tym czasie popadl w ruine. Dopiero w 1997 zostal odkupiony przez prywatnego wlasciela i jest systematycznie remontowany. Obecnie funkcjonuje tam hotel i restauracja. Planowane sa dalsze inwestycje w poblizu jak rekonstrukcja dworu, parku, stawu a takze urzadzenie skansenu z zachowanych w Korzkwi starych chalup.

The castle:
A beginnings of the story date from 14. century when knight Jan Syrkomla started to build a residential tower on a rocky hill. From that time the castle was systematically expanded and in the end it lost its fortified character. The owners of the castle often changed and in 1952 the castle was taken by the state. During this communism time it turned into a ruin. In the end, in 1997 it was bought by private owner and is systematically renovated. Presently, there is a hotel and a restaurant inside. More investments are planned nearby, e.g. reconstruction of a manor, park, pond and construction of a heritage park using old houses that survived in Korzkiew village.
