Cmentarz:
Na grzbiecie, przy lokalnej drodze w Chojniku znajduje sie cmentarz z I WS. Pochowanych jest tu 43 zolnierzy austro-wegierskich i 44 zolnierzy rosyjskich. Cmentarz zostal zaprojektowany przez Heinricha Scholza. Pierwotnie byl otoczony drewnianym plotem a role pomnika pelnil drewniany krzyz. Wszystkie te drewniane elementy ulegly jednak zniszczeniu. Obecnie cmentarz otoczony jest zywoplotem. W 2000 r. zostala zrekonstruowana drewniana brama oraz postawiony nowy krzyz.
W czasie wojny w tej okolicy Rosjanie posiadali silnie rozbudowane pozycje obronne. Pochowani tutaj zolnierze polegli glównie podczas próby ataku na glówna pozycje Rosjan.

The cemetery:
On a ridge, near a locar road in Chojnik there is a war cemetery from WWI. 43 Austro-Hungarian soldiers and 44 Russian are buried there. The cemetery was designed by Heinrich Scholz. Originally, it was surrounded by a wooden fence and as a memorial there was a wooden cross. All these wooden features has been destroyed. Presently, the cemetery is surrounded by a hedge. In 2000 a wooden gate to the cemetery and a new cross were reconstructed.
During the war Russians had strong and expanded defensive positions in the vicinity. Soldiers buried in the cemetery had fallen mostly during the attempt to attack the main Russian position.
