Geocache Description:

Seapoint Canoe Centre is currently being housed here, although they used to have premises in the disused building to the east of the cache site. They are currently fundraising for a brand new centre.
When you do this cache you may find people out paddling, either on the canal here or on the sea, please wave at us, we are quite friendly!

Small tupperware, easy find even for kids!
Plenty of parking and a kids play area within sight and it's a great place for a picnic!
It is wheel chair accessible, but I think you'd have trouble reaching it from a chair.
