Kosciól Wniebowziecia NMP jest najstarsza swiatynia w Klodzku, której budowe rozpoczeto w polowie XIV wieku. W 1624 roku przejeli go Jezuici i im zawdzieczamy obecny wystrój swiatyni. Do najcenniejszych elementów wnetrza naleza: Madonna Klodzka w oltarzu glównym (XV w.), Madonna z Czyzykiem (XIV w., dzielo Piotra Parlera), nagrobek biskupa Arnošta z Pardubic (XIV w.) oraz liczne dziela Michala Klahra.

Church of the Assumption is the oldest one in Klodzko. Its construction was started in the mid-16th century. In 1624 it was taken over by Jesuits, who decorated the church in the baroque style. The most valuable elements include the 15th-century picture of Madonna of Klodzko in the high altar, Madonna with a Siskin (14th century, the work of Petr Parler), the tomb of bishop Arnošt of Pardubice (14th c.) and numerous works of sculptor Michael Klahr.
