One of a constellation of caches inspired by Orion. Each cache
contains a clue which you will need to complete the series. Begin
with
[alpha Ori] Betelgeuse (GC24MT8).
Alnitak is the easternmost star in Orion's Belt. It is a triple
star some 800 light years distant, with the primary star being a
hot blue supergiant and the brightest class O star in the night
sky.
From the cache descriptions for the first four stars in this
series, you should be able to work out where to start looking for
this cache. Then use the clues below to track it down. Note: the
published coordinates are not close to the cache, and are
connected to it by merely the weakest of puns.
Look for where the {alpha 3} turns north. Head {beta 3} then
{gamma 3}. After {kappa 3} m, find number 1.
You are looking for a magnetic nano. Make a note of clue {zeta}
inside the nano. Please bring a pen to complete the log.
Parking is available in nearby streets. Please be considerate to
residents when parking.
