Geocache Description:

One of a constellation of caches inspired by Orion. Each cache contains clues which you will need to complete the series. Begin with [alpha Ori] Betelgeuse (GC24MT8).

Rigel is a B-type blue supergiant that is the sixth brightest star in the night sky. Similar to Betelguese, Rigel is fusing heavy elements in its core and will pass its supergiant stage soon. It serves as the left foot of Orion, the hunter.

To find the cache, you need to look for a short piece of something natural which does not look out of place, but really should not be here since, most of the time, today is NOT 25 December. The cache is on the public side of the fence. Please put it back so that the log container is underneath and out of sight. Make a note of clues {beta 1} to {beta 3} which are on the back of the paper log strip. Please bring a pen to complete the log.

Please take care when parking nearby.
