Across The Barricades Traditional Geocache

A quick find and short walk into "No Man's Land" on a strip of road that was built but now seems to have been forgotten about!
A place I pass a few times a week when I am walking into work.
Bit strange this little road, was built when the Kingsway estate went up but ever since has been barricaded off to motor vehicles. I moved into Kingsway almost a year ago and have no ideas if there are plans to eventually open it up to traffic.
The pavements are open for pedestrians and bicycles but no cars have been permitted to enter in the year that I have been coming this way.
Parking available a few hundred feet N or S of the cache site just short of the barricades.
Not sure how muggley the nearby work units are so advise that cachers operate in semi-stealth mode!
As always, please ensure the cache is well hidden on replacing.
