Toden Arakawa Line terminal

Here is a Waseda stop that is the terminal of Toden Arakawa Line.
Toden Arakawa Line is a route where the only do in existence of most of the metropolitan streetcar that progresses a multi distance and a multi route centering on in Tokyo 23 district before after [sareta] of the disused line.
The orbit line done business in Tokyo 23 district only leaves Toden Arakawa Line and Tokyu Setagaya Line if the part of the orbit treatment of Nippori, [**nin] liner, and new traffic Yurikamome is excluded under the present situation.

It is transferred to locate the orbit at the center of the road with the move of the house on the railway track of the metropolitan streetcar when the road is enhanced and a present position though it was on the special orbit enclosed by the row of houses to enhancing the new Mejiro street. The orbit before changed into the roadway toward the high door bridge district.

都電荒川線　終点（早稲田輪停留所）

ここは都電荒川線の終点である早稲田停留所です。
都電荒川線は、かつて東京都23区内を中心に多距離・多路線を展開していた都電のほとんどが廃線された後も、唯一現存する路線です。
現状では、東京都23区内で営業を行う軌道線は、日暮里・舎人ライナー、新交通ゆりかもめの軌道扱いの部分を除けば、都電荒川線ならびに東急世田谷線を残すのみとなっています。

新目白通りが拡張されるまでは家並みに囲まれた専用軌道上にありましたが、道路拡張時に家屋の移転と共に、都電の線路も道路中央に軌道が位置するように移設されて現在の位置になっています。かつての軌道は高戸橋方面に向かう車道に変わりました。
