Le premier event languedocien aura lieu à proximité de Carcassonne
le 15/16 mai. Vous êtes tous et toutes conviées à partager un bon
weekend de Geocaching !
La thème : les sites néolithiques - dolmens et menhirs, grottes
et abris-sous-roches. C'est une occasion d'explorer le paysage
spectaculaire des Corbières et de découvrir les vestiges peu
connues de notre passé préhistorique. Et nos vins
contemporains...
La langue officielle ne sera pas l'occitan - on acceptera le
françois, et le franglais.
Après chaque journée il y aura l'occasion de rencontrer d'autres
géocacheurs de partout dans le monde, et partager nos expériences
autour d'un apéritif et une grillade-buffet le samedi soir. Nous
vous aiderons à trouver un hébérgement/gîte/chambres
d'hôtes/camping/ hotel 5*.

During the weekend of May 15/16 we will be hosting a geocaching
weekend event, themed on Neolithic sites - dolmens and menhirs,
caves and rock-shelters. It's an opportunity to explore the
dramatic landscape of the Montagnes Noires and the Corbières Hills
- to discover some of the little-known vestiges of our prehistoric
past. And our modern wines...
After each day's hunt there will be a chance to meet other
geocachers from around the world, and share experiences over
aperitifs and a grillade on Saturday night.
The official language will not be Occitan : mediaeval french and
mangled frenglish are both acceptable.
We will help provide accommodation: B&Bs/gites/campsites/5*
hotels.
