Geocache Description:


The foundation stone of St Luke's was laid on 30th July 1898 and the Church was consecrated on St Luke’s Day, 18th October 1900.

The outer walls are faced with local Bargate stone.

Totally irrelevant to the cache, but it may be of interest to know that Colin Firth was born in Grayshott!

At the above co-ordinates you will find the graves of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's first wife and their son and daughter.

When did Louise Conan Doyle die? A July 190B.

How old was Kingsley Conan Doyle when he died? C5.

With which regiment did he serve? D Hants.
