Lights show of Brampton
The way to the cache is designed to see in full the great lighting project of some restaurant. There is a little hill which is very suitable to stand on it and to observe these magnificent lights covering all the possible trees branches. Of course it would be spectacular only at night and winter...
As to the cache itself - easy one, winter and night friendly, nothing special about container and hiding technics.
If you feel cornered by the black chain link fence - get out and think of using the next neighbor's parking lot. Or sports center parking lots, but then you'll have to cross the field, the forest, the river and to climb the mountain. Back and forth.
Don't jump the fence - that might ruin the relationship with restaurant people... especially security::)) And no parking on highway shoulder! (but I think it was already discussed...)
