One of a series of caches that are placed at the end of roads leading to nowhere.
Parking is available very close to the cache, but is not permitted between the hours of 8am and 6pm during weekdays. There are no restrictions on weekends or in the evenings. The difficulty rating reflects the fact that there is no clue and that plenty of stealth will be required as it can be heavily populated with muggles in this area, so good luck....
