Kitty!!: I visited the series today with a view to replacing a couple of caches and moving a couple. However, I have decided to completely revamp the series for publication at an event early 2014. As the paths are so muddy at present there seems little point in moving caches only to archive them in a few months.

Thank you to everyone who has found the caches and for all the lovely feedback. I hope you will enjoy the revised trail next spring.

Geocache Description:

The second cache in the Downham Loop Series. Please refer to GC2323F before starting.

You are looking for a small lock and shut pot.

From No 2 On to Cache No 3

Follow the footpath until you reach a private road/bridleway. (You will now be a stone's throw from Ramsden Ring 3 (micro up a tree) GC1DCEF).

At N 51° 37.792 E 000° 29.235 - a hundred or so feet along the bridleway - take another style through a field. However, If you miss the style, or there is livestock present that you dont like the look of - don't panic - continue along the bridleway without taking any of the left hand diversions.
