Geocache Description:

Come and join this registered Clean up Australia Day campaign and help make the waters clean for our Australian Birdlife.

This "Clean up Australia Day", help us clean up William Lawson Reserve. We will be carrying out the activity starting at 10:00 AM and finishing at 12:00 PM. We can meet on the observation deck adjacent to the Lancelot St / Pendant Ave roundabout at around 9:30 AM to allow for the filling out of registration forms. For those that wish to hang around for a little while afterwards we'll have a picnic on the grass and talk all things Geocaching, tell some storys and trade bragging rights, perhaps even trade some of those sneaky hiding details. There's also an impressive variety of Birdlife here at any one time. We have the support of Blacktown City Council to hold this clean up campaign here. For those of you that can put in a couple of hours please come along and help, it would be great to see you there! Rubbish bags and gloves should be supplied. Clean Up Australia website. Geocaching NSW is also hosting another Clean Up Australia Day CITO event at Bonnie Vale, Royal National Park.
