Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates. It is 10~15 miles away. This is the final cache in the Alphabet Series & you need to find all the Alphabet caches to find this cache. There is an APLcacher coin for FTF. This cache is park approved. Cache location is actually about 10 miles from published location

The coordinates of the cache are given by AOETUFTMQCQSJEFTPEDWGZAK This maybe difficult to decode. Hence, 3 hints will be provided on how to decode. These hints will be published a week apart. My parking location was 0.38 minutes latitude and 0.54 minutes longitude less than the cache location. At this location there is a gravel road leading into a seldom visited, unimproved park DO NOT BLOCK GRAVEL ROAD - IT PROVIDES ACCESS TO A HOUSE The gravel road has deep muddy ruts & quickly gets worse. Several hundred feet in, the road splits. The right hand fork goes up a hill to a house on private property. Take the left fork. At this point you have two choices neither of which is very good. (1) The left hand "road" along the river is used by 4 wheel drive vehicles and had 6 or 8 inches of mud when I placed the cache at the end of January. About half way in, the road stops & one can bushwack to the cache. (2) The alternative is to go on the side of the ridge and follow some faint trails. The trails along the ridge comes and goes and has briars creeping in on the narrow pathway. I actually went in the road and came back by the trail. The ideal time to find this cache is when the ground is frozen to make a easy walk in along the river. Unfortunately, because of snow delay, that time has passed! Congradulations to mmammel for FTF. Would have been surprised if Mark wasn't the first to solve. Those that have demonstrated there ABCs are 1. mmammel 2. corfmania 3. GeoGrandpa 4. mjb007 5. homefromthehills 6. MDSurveyor 7.
