Cmentarz:
Posród zabudowan we wsi Lowczówek znajduje sie
niewielki cmentarz wojskowy z I WS. Na cmentarzu pochowanych jest 5
zolnierzy armii austro-wegierskiej i 13 rosyjskiej. Centralnym
elementem cmentarza jest XIX-wieczna kapliczka. Jest to projekt
Siegfrieda Hallera, cmentarz jednak zostal w 1984 roku
przebudowany, przez co zatracil pierwotny wyglad. Podczas remontu
zeliwne krzyze zespawano ze soba stalowymi poprzeczkami z napisami
okreslajacymi narodowosci poleglych: "Wegrzy" oraz "Rosjanie". Jest
to doskonaly przyklad jak w prosty sposób mozna zeszpecic
oryginalny zamysl projektanta.

The Cemetery:
In the midst of the buildings in village
Lowczówek there is a small war cemetery from WWI. 5
Austro-Hungarian and 13 Russian soldiers are buried there. A
central feature of the cemetery is a shrine from 19. century. It's
a design of Siegfried Haller, but the cemetery was rebuilt in 1984
and lost their original look. During the renovation cast iron
crosses were welded together with steel bars with inscriptions
identifying the nationality of the fallen: "Hungarians" and
"Russians". It's a good example of how easy it is to mar designer's
original idea.
The Cache:
The micro container includes a logbook and a
pencil. At the cache hiding place coordinates might be not really
accurate but container should be easy to find.
