You have to read the short story below to figure out how to break the code.

Some things just don’t make any sense. Have you ever come across a person who is always lost in space and forever in a zone of their own? A person who does things differently from everyone else but never knows it. Here is a short story of one such person.

As a member of our local golf association, I was attending one of our monthly meetings. In the middle of a heated discussion, one of our Key members of the Board stood up and made this statement. “The situation of the fact is the point of the view, that it's not the shape of the ship, but the motion of the ocean.” Then he sat down and never said another word. No one knew where he was coming from or what his statement meant. He is the type of person that always wants to be the Center of attraction and will put in his two cents even if he has no knowledge of what is going on. Personally, I couldn’t contain myself and was laughing hysterically.

The cache is located with this lost golfer who is still swinging away. Poor guy, he’s not even near a golf course.
