This a geocache in port Elizabeth in an area that is currently being developed . The idea is that you visit the cache every now and then to see the progress .

My idea is that this cache should be visited every couple of months .You swop an item like usual , fill in the log but also include how many houses have been made and then take a photo if you please . Then come back a few months later and do it again ...
