Geocache Description:

The cache is not located at the posted coordinates.

Gee, I would hate to be a composer trying to get work writing music for any big action/adventure movies these days; unless my name was John Williams! Maestro Williams seems to have cornered the market on blockbuster movie music for the last few decades. Click the picture of Mr. Williams above to hear a medley of themes and familiar melodies from eight of his movies. You need to identify the names of the movies. Some of them had sequels that shared some of the same music, but you are looking for the original movies. You then need to find a number related to each one based on the clues below, to fit into the final coords: +38 4J.OHN, -121 1W.LMS. Oh, but the order of the music in the sound clip is NOT the same as the order of the clues! It’s up to you to figure out which clue goes with which movie.

J - The last name of one of the main characters implies this number (if he was performing music).

O - There is a number referenced in the movie title, in a certain kind of way. Multiply this number by 2.

H - Divide the number of letters in the one-word title by 4.

N - The title begins with the main character’s nickname. The most famous line of dialog from the movie also starts with that nickname, followed by two other words. You need the number of letters in the last word.

W - The number of letters in the main character’s last name.

L - The number of children starring in the movie.

M - The number of letters in the title (which is also the hero’s name).

S - The number of letters in the main character’s nickname (which is part of the title of the sequels, but NOT in the original movie title). Subtract 2 from this number.

And the Oscar for FTF goes to... [drum roll] Beege49! [cue fanfare music]
