I have been wanting to put this cache out for a while ,so here it is.CACHE IS NOT AT ABOVE COORDINATES.Difficulty level is for puzzle.the container(a green lock &lock) may be familiar to some as one of my archived caches but it has been cleaned. Picture of decoder wheel down below.
This is a Vigenere Cypher. you will need to figure out the SIX letter key word to break this code.you will also need to make your own decoder wheel by following the above link.to reach the cache you will need to walk along way,or for most of the year it is only reached by a water craft of some type.
