This cache is a 35mm film pot placed at ground level. Sorry, you need to climb a stile to reach it so this cache is not accessible to wheelchair cachers.
The cache is located next to the road so, assuming that you don't spend ages looking inside the pill box, this should be a quick cache and dash.
