A walk that can be accessible with buggys, very close to Challow Lock which if you follow the canal West about 50 yds you will see the old lock now very much covered in undergrowth and was once a busy spot.
PLEASE do not drive the bridlepaths on this route, they are already ruined especially in the winter when the ground is satuated, by driving these bridlepaths its making it more difficult for other cachers to actually walk as per logs
To add to the caches around Wantage and surrounding areas a further cache to take you on a pleasant walk of Challow and Letcombe. From start in Wantage through Challow and Letcombe the total walk was 5.5 Miles and about 3 hours. All co ordinates have been averaged and tried 3 times, some starting from 9 ft accuracy up to 20 ft accuracy with an Garmin Oregon device.
You are looking for an old vitamin bottle taped up, inside for FTF is three Travel Slugs which need to be moved. Please try and move them out of the area and seperate them to different caches so they can go their seperate ways. Also for FTF there is some goodies to choose from.
