This cache is a 35mm film pot located about 0.5m above ground level. I think that it should be accessible to wheelchair cachers.
Please note that his cache is on the opposite side of the main road compred with most of the other Hastings Seafront caches.
This area is likely to be Muggle Central during good weather.
Please use stealth when retrieving and replacing this cache.
