Geocache Description:

A short walk on a newly completed section of the Mad River Path.

Enjoy a walk on one of the newest sections of the Mad River Path. A lot of money and volunteer work has gone into completing a boardwalk over a marshy area between the Big Picture Cinema and the Village Green shopping center in Waitsfield. Finally got out to see the new path, and found a convenient place to hide a nice little micro I'd been carrying around with me. It is hidden about 5 feet from the boardwalk. Someone with long arms might be able to stretch over and reach the container. But I suspect most of you will have to take a single step off the boardwalk. I put the cache in an area where you will step on relatively high, dry ground. Please replace the camo materials so the container is not visible from the trail.
