Strandbjörket 1
I Strandbjörket finns Växjös mesta lekplats, med massor av lekredskap på härliga stora gräsytor. En kaffestuga med servering i anslutning till lekplatsen har sommartid en egen attraktionskraft. Barnfamiljer, unga och gamla har Strandbjörket som arena och mötesplats.
Fågelöarna med sjöfåglar i lagunerna ger parken en egen identitet och inslaget av skriande måsfåglar kan vara både charmerande och störande. Intilliggande tenniscentrum ger ytterligare dragningskraft till parken. Ute på Lagunen i Växjösjön finns mindre strand lämplig för bad.
Cachen består av en liten metallburk innehållande loggbok och penna.

Strandbjörket 1
In Strandbjörket you will find the most well equipped playing ground in Växjö with lots of equipment situated on lush green lawns. A coffee shop with outdoor tables near the playing ground has an attraction of its own during the summer months. Families with children, young and old have all Strandbjörket as an arena and meeting place.
The bird islands in the lagoons give the park an identity of its own and the loud sea birds can be both charming and annoying. The nearby tennis centre adds additional attraction to the park. On the outside of the lagoons you will also find a small beach, suitable for bathing in the lake Växjösjön.
The cache consists of a small metal container and contains a logbook and a pen.
