LavaLizard: We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that adequate permission exists to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. Although it may have been OK at the time that it was originally published, many areas in Calavera have changed status. This appears to be one of them and there is good reason to question whether permission continues to exist for this cache placement. I am archiving it to keep cachers from entering in this area.
