Geocache Description:

This cache is a special tribute to Team Rampant Lion. This cache location was previously titled "Sparta's Best View" (GCQZM1). TRL moved West and had to remove their cache.

Start at trailhead and be sure to follow green markings.
Look out for a sharp left turn onto a faint trail.
Close to the peak is a steep climb up rock "steps".

If you can do this hike when there are no leaves on the trees, you will see a spectacular view of Lake Mohawk and downtown Sparta.
