3 carrots
2 yellow carrots
2 small celeriac
3 laurel leafs
10 peppercorns
4 juniper berries
4 tablespoon salt
350 ml strong broth
3000 ml water

Cooking time: 2 hours.
Method.
Put bones into mixing bowl. Add parsley roots.
Take onions from refrigerator. Add onions.
Fold bones into mixing bowl. Clean mixing bowl.
Put carrots into mixing bowl. Add yellow carrots.
Add peppercorns. Combine bones.
Put small celeriac into 2nd mixing bowl. Add laurel leafs into 2nd mixing bowl.
Combine juniper berries into 2nd mixing bowl. Add water into 2nd mixing bowl.
Add cap of rumps into 2nd mixing bowl. Add strong broth into 2nd mixing bowl.
Combine salt into 2nd mixing bowl. Take lovage from refrigerator.
Add lovage into 2nd mixing bowl.
Pour contents of the 2nd mixing bowl into the baking dish.
Pour contents of the mixing bowl into the baking dish.
Serves 4.
