van der Decken: With the lifting of some of the restrictions we've all been living under for the past couple of months, it was really nice to be able to finally get out of the neighbourhood today. The Hill was pretty busy, even off the main trails. But I wasn't worried about anyone seeing where the cache was as I walked over. It's time for it not to be there anymore. It's had a good run, and now it's done.
I'm very pleased at how well the LnL has held up. 10 cold winters, 10 hot and sunny summers and it's still all in one piece. It hasn't even lost a tab! If I were so inclined, it could go out as a new cache container as is. The original logbook was still there too.
Thanks to all who've visited over the past decade and change. I hope you all enjoyed the puzzle and the walk to the cache.
