If you have ever hiked to the top of Bluff Head, you will undoubtedly have noticed the lake at the foot of the drop off.. This cache will take you close to the shore of the lake, and you can see Bluff head from below ! In addition, you will enjoy a very nice hike on little known trail system.
This is a "classic" hide, but I did have a good amount off bounce, so use the hint if you have to.
You can park at the trail head at N 41 25.044 W 072 41.413.
There's a pull-of that will fit a few cars, but probably not in the winter. Alternatively you can park at the Braemore parking a bit further up RT 77 and then walk to the trail head. Take care crossing the road, as it is very busy.
