When I hid this cache there were two horses walking along the Luce
Line. I've seen DIPO caches, but I've never seen HIPO caches.
(Luce Line isn't too big of a clue because it is a LONG State
Trail)
Since the terrain is a little challenging I decided to do a
pretty easy puzzle. The N coordinates are correct.
To get the W coordinates take the first letter of the following
Naruto character's name and convert it to a number. Add the number
to the W coordinates listed above and you've got it.
