All the caches (some of which have pens/pencils, some of which don't, so remember to take one with you) are on or very close to footpaths and lanes, and are designed to be found in order which will take you on a circular walk of about 4 miles around the village. There are lots of stiles en route, so puschairs and large dogs are probably best left at home!
If you don't solve all the puzzles then you can still complete the cicular walk, although you will find a map (e.g. OS Explorer Map #131) very helpful!
You are looking for a small clip-lock box. Please re-hide it carefully.
March 2011 - The cache has been re-located and the hint updated to reflect this, although the coordinates remain the same. Please take care when re-hiding to ensure that the cache is not visible, as it is quite close to a path.

When we're out caching, especially on a series, we usually carry a supply of replacement log sheets so that we can help out the cache owner by carrying out any maintenance that's required.
If anybody would like to replace any logs that need servicing in our caches, please feel free! |
