Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates.  You must solve the puzzle to find the coordinates for the cache.

Recently, I've noticed a phenomenon on George Bush Park.  It has happened many times over the last few years, but even more than ever recently.  It usually occurs while going to FTF opportunities, but not always.  It can happen both during the day and even at night.  No matter what the situation, it's always frightening.

I think you know what it is by now...I'm talking about the feral cacher.  These cachers all once had a normal life, a job, family, maybe a few kids.  Now, they spend their days and nights in search of caches all over the park.

For example, the other day, I saw 3 beautiful deer bounding across the bike trail and then a feral cacher in close pursuit (I guess they need to eat as well).  I just hope that the deer got away.

During a recent FTFC hunt at night, my son and I were surprised by a group of 3 feral cachers. They wanted to see the trophy and appeared to be foaming at the mouth.  When I said we didn't have it, there were a few tense moments where I was in fear of our lives. Fortunately, they were still a bit tame and we came away unscathed, but clearly they were aggitated.

Finally, while in the middle of the park, going for Piman's T-Rex, which hadn't been found in a while,  I was quite surprised to see a large, sweaty feral cacher.  He looked like he had been in the wild for some time and, therefore, possibly the most dangerous.  I was able to narrowly escape when I offered a path tag which, fortunately, he did not have.  I left a map on that cache page for others, so they could be aware.

For those who have spent any time on and off the trails in this park, you've seen the large pig pens.  It's a little known fact that these cages are not to catch the feral pigs which also inhabit the park, but are for the feral cachers, which are considered by park officials as far more menacing and a threat to the park's wildlife.

It is for these and all other feral cachers who roam these woods and trails that I created this tribute cache. To get the final cache coordinates, solve the below cipher, which was done in a language which only a true feral cacher would understand.

Are you a feral cacher too??

Congratulations to Criffree for FTF! Clearly among the ranks of feral cachers!
