"The Cut", as it's known by the locals, is a branch of the Trinity River once used for transporting goods. Now, it's just a great place for fishing, skiing, canoeing (a new hobby of mine), and caching!
BE AWARE - THE CACHES IN THIS SERIES SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED AT NIGHT!
If you are paddling like me, this sandbar might be a good place to take a break. The cache is a camoed medicine bottle containing only a log and one of our ultra-rare signature items for the first to find.
