A visit to St Mary's Oldberrow and then a short walk along a footpath to the cache
Suggested parking at lay-by in country lane opposite the church entrance at N52 17.542 W001 49.435. The start of the footpath is in sight of the church by the lay-by. It does not appear to be on the OS map.
St Mary's is a very small church and unusual in that it is never closed, but open all the year round and it is well worth a look inside having some lovely stained glass windows. It was rebuilt in 1875 on the site of a medieval church and many historic features have been reset including a magnificent ancient font. Apparently it is surrounded by what is known as the best wildflower churcyard in Warwickshire.
