The cache is located along a stretch of a Roman Road that forms
Part of a circular walk/cycle ride starting in the centre of
Cambridge, from here it leads out of the city along Mill Road,
through Cherry Hinton, up lime Kiln hill and the Worts Causeway,
taking in the scenery of eastern Cambridge, the Roman road winds
its way through Linton, passing West Wickham, Balsham, Fulbourn and
finally back to the starting point in Cambridge, in total a
distance of 28.4 miles
The cache can be found along a small public byway that forms part
of the main route, vehicles are permitted to drive on this small
stretch and the cache is located somewhere along the perimeter of
the car park, it's in a lid lock container painted green.
Although traffic may use this small stretch there is a traffic
order in place restricting the use of cars and motorcycles beyond
the car park area, there is also a width restriction in place at
the entrance, so it's maybe better to park at the entrance N 52
10.229 E 000 10.902 and walk the short (ish) distance to the
cache.
