tfvdw2at: The Grimes Mill was destroyed by fire on January 16th, 2013. This Mill, owned by the Historic Salisbury Foundation was the last standing roller mill in the state of North Carolina. The loss is devastating to preservationists and the people of Salisbury.

Geocache Description:

Should be a quick find. Kind of a public area so watch for Muggles. Take a walk around this neat mill that has been saved by the Historic Salisbury Foundation. It is the only Roller Mill in the state of North Carolina.

This is a small plastic container with locking lid with enough room for a few pens, a log book, and some trinkets. There are also Historic Salisbury Foundation magnets in it. Please feel free to take one even if you do not leave anything. Thanks for looking!
