BBC10: The Long Stretch Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

CotswoldOx: All good things come to an end...

After 3 years and nearly 300 visits, it's time to say goodbye to the BBC Series.

It's had its lows, but more of its fair share of highs, and we hope that everyone who visited enjoyed the walk, countryside and the village we're proud to call home.

We plan to re-do BBC2 as a 'Church Micro' and we'll retain the 'bonus' cache as a lasting stand-alone reminder of the series. All others will be archived and any trackables will be picked up and moved on.

Thanks to everyone who visited. Keep on Caching!

Geocache Description:

This is the longest section on the series.

It takes you through Bould Wood, which is an area of 'special scientific interest' and Foxholes Nature Reserve. The Reserve is protected by The Wildlife Trusts.

As such no caches are placed in these areas.

For more information on the Nature Reserve please visit (visit link)

Continue a short distance along the bridleway. At crossroads, continue along the bridleway and then on to the public footpath through the Reserve. About half way along, turn left on to the bridleway then continue through gates and down gravel road out of the Reserve.

**FTF: Congratulations go to SpankyBanksy!**
