Hit till Hulta sprang vallpojken från Ullfallet efter morden på pingstnatten 1822. Väl framme i säkerhet kunde han tala om vilka de båda mördarna var. Dessa kunde snart gripas och dömdes till döden. Avrättningen skedde vid Kroppheden i december 1823.

This is where the young farmhand from Ullfallet ran after the murders during Whitsun in 1822. By doing so and being able to tell who the murderers were they soon could be arrested and sentenced to death.
