This puzzle can be solved in more than one way. The required information can be gathered by visiting all of the ten waypoints below – or alternatively, you can get the same result in a fraction of the time while sitting down, by using a site such as Google Maps, or even your GPS (if it has a map function with street names).
The waypoints listed below are all for Northfield street names which share a particular theme.
Find all the ten street names, then list them in alphabetical order 1 - 10. The cache is located at North 52 QR.STU West 001 VW.XYZ where:

Q = (fifth letter of third name plus fifth letter of eighth name)
R = (sixth letter of fourth name minus third letter of seventh name)

W = (second letter of seventh name minus first letter of second name)

The cache is a plastic peach jar nestling in a hand-knitted camo cover. It contains a special prize of a ‘First To Find’ scoubie, some loot and a logbook. Please rehide the cache as well or better than you found it.
