Build! Build! Build! Everywhere you go in Warrnambool,
you see it. We're talking about development, of course!
New housing estates, commercial developments, apartments...the
building boom has been felt very keenly here!
One such development took place in the area around the given
coordinates in the early part of this decade.
The Lady Bay Hotel, which stood in this spot for decades, was a
huge pub/club complex that hosted some of Australia's biggest
names. Performers such as Jimmy Barnes, Midnight Oil, The Angels,
The Screaming Jets (infamously) and even AC/DC once played there
and for a time, it was a favourite hangout for a youthful Mr O. It
was gradually wound down in the late '90s (for various reasons) and
eventually demolished to make way for what you see here. Some pics

As this is Warrnambool's first unknown, or 'puzzle' cache, we've
kept it relatively simple. The cache is not located at the given
coordinates, but is nearby. The minutes of the coordinates can be
found in the image below.
At GZ, you are looking for a small camo'd Sistema container.
Please be careful not to damage the camo when opening the
container, and make sure the cache is well hidden when you leave as
this area can occasionally be occupied by muggles up to no
good!
