This cache is placed near the eleventh highest peak in Romania, Omu peak, 2505m. The gps indicated an altitude of 2500m in the very place where the cache is placed. :)
If you have the opportunity, please take a photo of you in the front of the chalet with the plate showing the altitude.
Also please tell in your log which path you followed to the peak.

The cache is available even in winter, although I recommend only to the very well prepared and equipped tourists to go there in winter season.
