Mestsky park – The Town park
Park v Ceské Kamenici byl zrízený na míste druhého ceskokamenického hrbitova, který v roce 1643 nahradil puvodní hrbitov u kostela sv. Jakuba. Roku 1922 byl i tento hrbitov zrušen a premísten na severozápadní okraj mesta k silnici do Filipova.
The park in Ceska Kamenice was established at the place of the second cemetery which replaced the first cemetery by the church of Saint Jacob in 1643. This second cemetery was abandoned in 1922 and displaced near the road to Filipov.
Dominantou parku je bezpochyby poutni kaple Narozeni Panny Marie, která byla postavena v letech 1736-1739. Kazdorocne se kaple otevira pro verejnost behem Marianske pouti na zacátku zárí.
The Chapel of St. Mary is the viewpoint of the park. It was built in years 1736-1739. It is open during the St. Mary´s fair every year at the beginning of September.
Na okraji parku dodnes stojí hrobní kaple rodiny Preidlu a v zadní cásti je torzo památníku padlých vojáku z 2. svetové války.
The tomb of Preidl family stands in the park and there is also a torso of the memorial of killed soldiers in the WWII.
