This cache forms part of a 5 mile walk around Wisley and the surrounding area. You are looking for a 35mm film container with a log book and pencil inside.
This is where the common was split into two by the M25, this section was opened in back in 1983. Before this time it was a more peaceful place with small farm buildings dotted around the common. One may be seen later called Pond Farm which is now occupied by the Surrey Wildlife Trust. Most of the other buildings are now long gone like the old Hut Hotel near the A3. The step near the cache is to help horse riders mount and dismount before crossing the bridge. Cross the M25 and head into Wisley Common..
