This cache is located in the shadow of Capitol building. Here are some fun facts about the Capitol:

-1st application of gold - 43 ounces of 23 karat gold
-2nd application of gold - 60 ounces of 23 karat gold
This is a log only so bring your own pen. I rated it with a difficulty 4 for the high muggle area, the fact that the cordinates are a little hard to get due to the buildings and the fact that I didn't give a clue as to where it is.
