Geocache Description:

You found it--the cache that birthed "the birthday find"!

Congrats to billrow for the FTF!!!
Congrats to Mom the Cook & cashnhubby for making this find #8000!!!

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. It is equally distant from six reference points given below.

Lots of cachers make a fuss when a cache is first published--running out to find it on the day it is "born"--but we seem to forget their birthdays. To complete this challenge, you must find six caches, all on their birthdays. This challenge will take a bit of planning. Based on the date the cache was hidden, find a cache that's exactly 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 years old. A couple wrinkles to add to the challenge and--I hope--to the fun: 1. Find these birthday caches in order from youngest to oldest. 2. You will need to find the cache location from six reference points (see below) that are each the same distance from the final (if you plot them on a map, you can almost imagine six candles on a round birthday cake). Without further ado, here are the requirements of the challenge:

You must find 6 caches, on their birthdays, to complete this challenge.
You must find the 1-year-old cache first, then continue in order, ending with the 6-year-old cache.
All 6 do NOT need to be found on the same day.
Use only the hide date--not the publication date--to determine the cache's birthday.
Event caches do not qualify for the challenge.
Virtuals and earthcaches do qualify, if you visit them on their birthdays to collect the information. We'll use the honor system here (you don't have to have any earthcaches or virtuals).
In your "found it" log, list the qualifying caches--include at least the waypoint ID (the "GC number"), their hide dates, and the date you found them. I will verify your list, usually that day.
You must sign the log of the physical cache; you may sign the log before completing the challenge.
Folks who complete the challenge may log the find more than once if they start back at a one-year-old cache and repeat the process through six finds.
