This project is a cooperative venture between the City of Owatonna and Steele County. These ponds are designed to treat and detain storm water coming off of the new Steele County road project CSAH 34 (26th Street).
There's no need to get your feet wet. Also, DO NOT attempt this cache when the water is high.
