North and east can be calculated as follows:

north = [ 2*a*b+4*b+a ] / 1000 and east = [ 10*c-2*a ] / 1000




Now you add (b-d)*a+x mmin to your north coordinates and a*(b+d)+a+c+d-x mmin to your east coordinates ...

and you can find the cache right there.
